WHERE DO YOU TRAIN?

I mostly train at work (private state gym). I like to vary venues when I'm not at work so I try training in any local gyms nearby to places I'm visiting. The most common branded gyms I attend are @EasyGym and @FitnessFirstUK

HOW OFTEN DO YOU TRAIN

At the moment, I am training between 5-6 days a week, occasionally twice a day. 

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM ANYONE ELSE?

I am always interested in learning new things professionally and personally. That's why there is not just a unique training style. That way, training is never dull.

WHAT IS THE PART YOU ENJOY THE MOST WHEN TRAINING?

Shoulders and gluteus.

WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN GOALS REGARDING TRAINING?

To be healthier, happier and obviously to achieve my desired aesthetics physique.

WHICH OTHER LEISURE ACTIVITIES DO YOU ENGAGE IN APART FROM YOUR TRAINING, TO KEEP YOURSELF ACTIVE?

Walking to places, indoor climbing, trampolining, paintballing, skating/ice-skating.

WHICH DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE THE ADVANTAGES OF TRAINING BOTH, ALONE AND AS A GROUP?

When I train alone I tend to be more focused. If I train with someone as or more experienced as I am, I get more knowledge and feel more motivated to push harder. If I train with a client or a beginner, I get professional fulfilment and the satisfaction that I am helping others achieve their own goals.
