Head stand and underarm stand. Training for hand stand.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU TRAIN

3 - 4 times a week. But yoga to me is not only physical, it also includes karma yoga or meditation for example. There's no day where I am not somehow practising yoga.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

I want to stay healthy, fit and flexible. Whenever I am outside, I love to hike and I really enjoy being in nature. As I work a lot in front of my laptop, I love doing yoga, because it helps my back to stay strong.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM ANYONE ELSE?

I am a very positive and happy person and I like to rather see hte positive side than the negative. I am very motivated person, who likes to support others when they need help or guidance.
I like to dream big but at the same time I am very grounded. I try as much as possible to stay balanced. I am a liberal person who has many different interests and I am a free spirit. Also, I am a liberal-minded person.

WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY DO YOU ENJOY TRAINING THE MOST?

Well...enjoying, I don't know about that!!! :) but I do like to train my hip flexibility, hamstrings, my back and my belly. Sometimes it's a pain but it's absolutely worth it!

I like the leggings A LOT! But I am so excited for Hot Yoga classes or summer so I can practise again in my Naamah Shorts
